How much does standard token-account cleanup cost?

For standard SPL and Token-2022 account cleanup, the user receives up to 2,000,000 lamports per closed account. The service fee is recovered rent above that amount, typically 39,280 lamports on a 2,039,280 lamport account, usually under 2%.

Are NFT burn fees percentage-based?

No. Supported NFT BurnV1 fees are fixed by type. Standard NFTs use a fixed 500,000 lamport fee and pNFTs use a fixed 1,950,000 lamport fee.

When are fees disclosed?

Unclaimed SOL shows gross reclaim, service fee, user receives, and the applicable fee rule before the user signs.

NFT burns use fixed per-type fees only after the full Metaplex rent stack can be reclaimed. Edition, pNFT edition, and MPL Core rows are benchmarks or future rules until support is enabled in the app.
