What are stuck tokens on Solana?

Stuck tokens are classic SPL token balances that were already sent to Solana's incinerator address. The tokens are no longer in your wallet, but the incinerator-owned token account can still hold a positive token balance until someone sends a burn instruction.

This tool is for the narrow stuck-token case: a classic SPL token mint, a token account owned by 1nc1nerator11111111111111111111111111111111, and a burnable positive balance. It is not a general token recovery tool.

Use this when the tokens are already incinerated. If the tokens are still in your wallet, use the regular wallet scan or token cleanup flow instead.

How the stuck token burner works

  1. Paste the classic SPL token mint address.
  2. The scanner checks the incinerator associated token account and incinerator-owned non-ATA token accounts for that mint.
  3. Review the mint, amount, and token account details.
  4. Connect a wallet to sign the burn transaction and pay Solana network fees.

The burn transaction uses SPL Token burn instructions. The incinerator authority is included as a non-signer, so your connected wallet does not need to own the stuck token account.

When this tool is the right fit

  • The token is a classic SPL Token mint.
  • The balance is already in an incinerator-owned token account.
  • You want to remove the stuck token balance from supply.
  • You understand the burn is permanent and cannot recover value.

When to use a different Unclaimed SOL tool

  • Use the main wallet scan to reclaim SOL from empty token accounts, stakes, buffers, rewards, and other eligible accounts.
  • Use the spam NFT burner for unwanted NFTs that are still in your wallet and may have recoverable account rent.
  • Use the Token-2022 cleaner for supported Token-2022 accounts that are still owned by your wallet.

Stuck token burner FAQ

Can I recover SOL or tokens with this page?

No. This page only burns classic SPL token balances already owned by the incinerator address. It does not transfer tokens, recover token value, close token accounts, or reclaim rent SOL.

Why do I need a wallet if the incinerator owns the token account?

A wallet is needed to sign and pay for the transaction. The incinerator authority is included as a non-signer, so the connected wallet only authorizes the transaction fee payer.

Does this support Token-2022?

No. The stuck token burner is intentionally limited to classic SPL Token mints. Token-2022 accounts have different extension rules and should be handled through a dedicated Token-2022 flow.

Is burning stuck tokens reversible?

No. Burning reduces token supply and cannot be undone. Always verify the mint and account details before signing.
